Baseball has taken me around the world. I spent more than a decade playing professionally, including reaching Major League Baseball with the New York Mets and competing overseas in Japan, South Korea, and the Dominican Republic. Along the way, I learned from Hall of Fame players, Major League coaches, international instructors, and some of the brightest minds in the game.
I also had the privilege of being coached by my father, Yogi Lutz, whose passion for teaching, leadership, and developing people shaped the coach I am today.
